「When we arrived, it was 45 degrees outside and raining. The windows were open, so it was 45 degrees inside the cabin as well. We turned on the heater to find that it didn't work. We also found dirty towels on the floor next to the shower and hair in the shower basin. We went to the manager, and she said she would bring a space heater.
