「External room on second floor. A bit dated but functional and clean. A couple of niggles but nothing major. Trip was a family get together and sadly a bit spoilt by the service from the restaurant kitchen for our family meal. There was a function」

「The staff were friendly, the interior of the building was lovely, and the location was very convenient. However, I was informed the day before my arrival that the lift was out of order. My room was on the 3rd floor, so it was quite difficult to carry my heavy suitcase up. Unfortunately, the lift was not repaired during my stay, and I had to carry my heavy suitcase all the way back down to the reception when checking out.」

「The room was clean with everything that you needed. A king size bed would have been better but the room wasn't big enough. Staff were attentive, breakfast very good. Plenty of parking and accessible to the main A38.」

The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Check in and out was quick and friendly. I would stay here again.」

「Great location with parking. Big clean room and comfy bed. Nice pool, hot tub and mini gym. Helpful staff on the front desk」

Further to this the children’s carrot and cucumber starter looked like it had been prepared days before - We...

「Great stay」
