「The area around was nice. Property fairly clean. Great weather. No complaints here. Service on another hand was hit or miss. Bartenders were great. Wait staff at the buffet were from nice and helpful to forgetful what you asked for to zero interest. There was a male server who completely ignored us two mornings in the row to the point that did not bring coffee not even acknowledged of saying good morning. We sat to the different station from there on. Food was ok. The only edible meat was the...

「We spent 5 days during Easter holiday. Although the hotel is 5 star actually I feel it is 4 star. The Food quality in buffet was not good enough at all. On the other hand, we are happy with Japanese restaurant in the hotel. Food quality was better than our expectation. Teriyaki chikin was amazing taste. Good point was there are many entertainment facilities within hotel such as swimming pool, tennis court, snorkeling, jet skiing, etc. We could enjoy 5 days within the hotel premises. 」

「Everything is okay unless it’s packed, for some odd reason Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday’s lunch and dinner gets extremely packed to the point it’s almost unbearable but every other night it is very calm. Not sure why there is always that consistency as i stayed for over two weeks and couldn’t figure it out. Shout out to Imran though, great guy really helpful.」

「Good room and excelent facility, but staff service was bit slow.」

「The Bay Club was a wonderful resort in a really convenient location. We went as a family of 4 with two young kids 9 and 11 years old, and everyone loved it. We stayed in a 3 bed ocean view ground floor appartment which felt like home away from home. We were full board and stayed for two weeks, the food was delicious, and the portions were big. The resort had all the amenieties you could ever want and a beach house that had complimentary water sports like pedalo, paddle board, kayak etc. There...

「Excellent service」
