「Arrival & Atmosphere We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty. During our stay, most facilities appeared closed, including dining and the spa. It’s unclear whether these are only available in peak season. 「一人で1ルーム1ベット予約しましたが部屋にはベットが2つありました！おそらくベット一つの部屋はないのでしょうね。一階のレストランは、5時まではランチタイムで気軽に入れますが夜はフォーマルカジュアルが求められます！ニュージーランド人は全てそうですが、従業員の皆さん優しいです。ホテルの目の前にスーパーがあるので便利です。」

「Good Spring clean is need but on the surface it was clean enough. Plastic electric jug was unusable due to deterioration of the plastic. Overall a satisfactory-good motel for the price.」

「部屋は清潔で設備も良く、オーナーご夫婦は素敵でフレンドリーで、柔軟に旅のサポート、心温まるおもてなしをしてくれ、とても良い滞在でした。周りの環境も良く、良質な温泉施設がすぐ近くで、テアロハ山の散策にも徒歩ですぐ行けました。スーパーやカフェもすぐ近く、テイクアウトも出来るので自由に食事が楽しめました。自然も町も美しく、トレイルコースが何通りもあって、滝や間欠泉など見所がたくさんあり、1〜2泊では周りきれなかったので、また来たいです。」

「We can't rate the bus as it was unavailable on our arrival and in the barn for major maintenance. However we were offered a room in the adjacent lodge which was very nice - just not what we expected at the time of booking.」
