「There were several issues with our room. The first-floor balcony door would not lock, and it took about two hours for maintenance to fix it. The couch mattress was heavily stained, the pillowcases were dirty, and there were dead bugs on the floor upon arrival. 「Stayed 2 nights in the room with kitchenette, very clean indoor and outdoor pools. There is only 1 basketball hoop, had to wait a few times for the hoop, hopefully they can have more basketball courts in the future. The walls are thin in the room, you can hear your neighbor talking, kids crying and so forth. 5 minute drive to the boardwalk, close to amenities. Overall we had a great time!」

「Our room was disgusting. The sheets were dirty the bed had piss stains the refrigerator didn’t work and the bathroom was falling apart and just nasty.」

「No one came to clean my room once in the entire 5-night stay after I asked for cleaning multiple days in a row. Also, the fake fire alarm being pulled at 1 am was very annoying. Overall I will never stay in a Sonesta again, this one put me off completely.」
