「Absolutely to die for. I loved the experience and got ready for my wedding here. So sentimental to me」

「Perfect for family stay.」

「朝8時までのチェックアウトであればリゾート料金は$10という話しだったのですが、4:30にチェックアウトして$25の料金を徴収されました。 意味が分かりません。」

「The property was beautiful and well kept. I would love to stay here again! The owner was so communicative and very nice. I highly recommend this property!」

「Nosotros venimos de Texas está muy bien la ubicación limpio y cualquier problema que teníamos nos contactábamos por medio de mensajes y al minuto a los dos nos contestaban muy amables y resolví nuestros problemas. Gracias muy recomendable al 100」

「There was a few spider webs on the stairwell that could have been wiped off a little better. I did not communicate when making the reservation that I was handicapped so being put on the third floor was a little bit of a bummer but we made it work. And for last minute reservations it was just phenomenal and awesome very quiet other people were so respectful. The pool was clean the Shady place to have food downstairs patio area was nice and clean and just lovely!」

「Nice, brand new place! Only gripe I have is that its a good walk from parking to get to the room.」

「The host was easy to communicate with check-in and out details. The house was perfectly staged, clean, and exactly as described in the picture. Definitely will recommend to any friends and family planning to come to PHX.」

「It is a small apartment but it was enough room for 3 people. It is away from the main hotel.」

「Finding the apartment took a little while, nice clean apartment. Only bad thing about the 3 day stay was another tenant would leave their dog on their patio all day, and it was outside my balcony in next set of apartments, and the noise was horrible. I stayed gone so I didn’t have to listen to it. Property Management should surely do something about it.」

「・施設に入るための手段の連絡が無かった。 ・３部屋予約したが、１部屋は予約日程が間違っていた。 ・通常は予約者に対して公開される情報が一元管理されていない。 ・周辺環境の安全性に懸念。」

「The apartment’s amenities were excellent and very well thought out. I appreciate that items that usually wouldn’t be in a hotel were stocked at this property (full sized garbage, plates, utensils, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry in unit, etc.) I didn’t realize that the property did not have elevators until check in. It was an inconvenience concerning luggage, and I would’ve packed lighter if I knew that the unit was upstairs with no elevator access. There was a strong marijuana odor in...

「Negatives: The check in process was very tedious. Filling out a lengthy agreement, sending my license, a selfie, and deposit. The host was impersonal-no name, just “Your host” Lots of rules about parties and quiet hours (must sign an agreement), taking a picture of the key once it’s in the lock box at checkout, taking the trash out. The walk from the apartment to State Farm stadium is about 22 min. The powdered creamer on the counter, the pepper, and the canola oil (not sure who still uses this...

「It was a great location for us and it had nice amenities and everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. The check-in process through their computer system needs a definite improvement, but the host was very responsive and helpful. It just took way too long to check in as I entered my credit card and put my husband‘s name down on the reservation so then had to go through the whole process again with lots of back and forth to straighten out. they did grant us a...

「Extremely disappointing experience. This place is advertised as a hotel, but it’s actually a complex where individual rooms are rented out, and everything was incredibly disorganized. When I arrived, even though I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia, the person at the front desk had no idea about my booking or that they were supposed to give me a key. There was no proper front desk service, no contact number, and absolutely nobody available to help resolve the situation. I was also...
