「They talk about how everything is brand new but there was a broken tile, garbage disposal was not working, and weird holes on either side of the toilet. They are definitely not pet friendly. The pet area is a tiny area that is overgrown with weeds and garbage everywhere. Also, the sprinklers would block your path to the pet area if you went in the early morning, They also do not let you cool the house down below 74 which is way too hot.
