Clean and very comfy apartment. Kitchen was fully stocked and oven worked great for baking a whole dinner. Great location- restaurants and fast food were within walking distance.

Underrated

Perfect location for BYUI student drop off. Parking was interesting because we drove a big truck. Luxurious linens and aesthetically pleasing decor. Would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed!

The property was in great condition and clean. It is typical college housing, so there was noise and light from the parking lot by bedroom windows. The beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked with cookware.

Excellent Stay!

We had planned to visit multiple places around Rexburg and our stay here was awesome. The house was clean and had very clear instructions for access, check in/out etc.

Cozy stay in Rexburg!!

My husband and I stayed at this place over Mother’s Day weekend while visiting our kids who attend college locally. The apartment is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We would recommend this location to family and friends and would stay here again.

Perfect

We just needed something simple in rexburg for a weekend of seeing family and enjoying the area. This was perfect! Quiet neighborhood and close to all the necessities. The decorations are nice and the beds are SO comfortable! The host responded promptly when there was a small issue with the shower and it was fixed THAT DAY! Thank you! We’ll come again!!!

Perfect for our needs

My adult daughter and I stayed here. It was simple and clean. Close to where we needed to be and just enough to sleep and make simple meals. Plenty of restaurants nearby, we didn’t need to cook.

Clean apartment with all of the amenities you need. Joe was great to work with and responsive. Close to everything you want to do in Rexburg. I would definitely stay there again.

Great home base

We came to Rexburg to help out a friend moving out of college and this place was in a perfect location for that. It was clean and nice, and the price was fantastic. I’m grateful we found it! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect little Apt

It was perfect for dropping my daughter off at college. It was a little loud (you could hear the neighbors) but other than that it was perfect for what I needed. Close to campus. I would stay here again!

This is my second time staying at this property. It is super comfortable and they keep the apartment stocked with anything you could need for your stay. The area is walkable, from grocery to dining to the university to the temple. It’s a perfect place to stay while visiting kids at college. I also made day trips to Yellowstone and Jackson Hole from here.

The facility is nice in general, very clean, well-equipped with all one needs, comfortable but has the following issues. Except for the second issues, I would prefer this over any hotel 1. It's better to have two smaller beds in one room. I was visiting my two sons but there are only 2 beds 2. The neighbors kids are two noisy making it difficult to sleep after 6 am

This property was as expected. The bed was very comfy. The apartment was very cute. The door’s lock is a bit janky and took some fidgeting to unlock, but otherwise we had no issues.

Best Hosts we ever worked with!

We used it as homebase while dropping our kids off to college. We will stay here any and every time we visit Rexburg in the future. Adorable spacious two bedroom with a warm ambiance. Simple modern decor that is comforting without overwhelming. They offer every extra touch and were more than willing to work with us when car troubles and weather changes our dates. Highly recommend for a hassle free enjoyable getaway.

Rex burg stay

The apartment was clean & the bed comfortable. It was very minimalistic so you’ll need to bring most everything except coffee, tea & spices. The price was really low but the cleaning fee cost more than our two days there which was weird since we were asked to leave it clean.

Much nicer than a hotel

We would definitely stay at this location again. The apartment was more spacious than a hotel room. We had our adult daughter with us, so the separate bedrooms offered privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfasts. (Pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) The location was ideal. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed nightly walks. We were even within walking distance to the rodeo grounds, and we were able to go to the Whoopee Days Rodeo during our stay. We made use of the free onsite laundry, so we had clean clothes for the next leg of our trip.
