「Firstly this is anything but a hotel. The property was not as described. No stove, nor oven. Heating seemed a luxury option. It spent more time not working, and on the last day waited 12 hours for it to be turned back on. Owner obviously knew what the issue was! Expedia did nothing to assist in resolving the matter. 」

「This was a very nice option if you need a full flat, but are on a budget. Clean, well maintained. Its a bit out of the way if you need to be in central London, but the commute is simple so its not a bother, as its a short bus ride from the northolt Central Line station. I quite enjoyed my stay. Thank you」

「I booked this property 5 weeks in advance to stay 19th to 24th June 2025. Host ignored all of my messages and never sent me check-in instructions. On the day of check in, I asked him again for check in instructions. He immediately cancelled the booking, leaving me stranded in London with nowhere to stay for me, my wife & two children. The host's excuse was "Property maintenance issue - water leak". So why did he not contact me earlier to advise of this? I suspect that he had the property double...

「This flat is down a steep, narrow set of stairs. Communication with this host was very good, and the location is close to an Underground station though the line isn't very convenient to many sightseeing destinations nearby. This backs up to the railroad tracks and trains run 24/7 so if you have the windows open it will be loud. However, since it's a daylight basement, with windows/doors closed the noise isn't good. There is a residential neighbor upstairs whose footfalls were very audible...

「Owner was immediately responsive to any communication. Nice sheets and towels. Our only suggestion for owner is to provide specific instructions for using tv - it took us a little while to figure it out. Would stay agian.」
