"A warm welcome. Room was spacious, comfortable, well equipped with complimentary tea/coffee, fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge, and complimentary beer in the fridge (yes - you heard that right!!). Very comfy bed, great blackout curtains, traffic noise was ZERO despite being a hundred yards from the extremely busy gyratory on the North Circular Road. Beer garden was fab, drinks in the attached pub very good, and food and service was first class. Excellent value for money, and I recommend it highly. Low level LED lighting in the bathroom, movement activated, was an excellent plus, and avoided use of harsh lighting when waking for a comfort break in the middle of the night. My only negative comment - the corridor to the rooms was quite grimly decorated and institutional looking. Otherwise this place was absolutely spot-on and A1 in every department."

"The staff were kind but the room wasn’t enjoyable. There Wasn’t enough bathroom roll and the bedding/bathroom wasn’t clean. The beds were comfy however the pillows were not comfy/too hard. For future customers - bring you’re own shower essentials, toilet roll and hand wash"

"The Drayton is a wonderful, historic building in the Ealing area. There is an expansive courtyard with a bar and seating outside. A lot of locals visited the bar and restaurant and sat outside, not just hotel guests. That's always a good sign. Excellent, friendly, attentive staff."
