「Neither of the tvs worked in the room. When notifying the front desk agent she advised I unplug them and see if the channels would change. It didn’t!! Then the door did not shut all the way very unhappy about that safety concern. The room smelled like a Olnadra mop」

「Clean room, very comfortable bed with quiet air conditioning. Staff were super helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. It’s too bad the location of this nice Hotel is next to a scary abandoned shopping mall. Parking was good but felt unsafe due to location of Hotel.」

「The pool was excellent size for teens and adults. Breakfast was nice and organized. House keepers were amazing. Front desk staff were very helpful. Room size was very spacious and affordable.」

「The staff was very nice, however, they did not clean the room or bathroom very well. They only took out the bathroom garbage and replaced towels. Even when I asked that special attention be made to the shower, it was not done and the facial tissues ran out the first night and were never refilled. The breakfast was mediocre. Overall, I’m not sure that I would stay there again.」

「Missed breakfast. Room very nice & clean, but was on second floor & difficult to climb stairs. Had requested lower level rooms. King bed comfortable, but had a broken spring, that was noisy when getting up. 」

「The property was located a couple of blocks off a major throughfare. For a traveler on a budget, this made finding moderately priced essential very easy and convenient. We had to make a last-minute change. The property owner was very accommodating. The property was everything it was advertised to be. The property was a great value. 」
