"We have stayed in several different hotels in the Dandong area and this was the first time we stayed at the Wanda Realm Hotel. Because of the rating and the price, I was disappointed in many things. First, there was no bellman to greet us when we got out of the taxi and we moved our luggage ourselves. Second, the staff at reception were unsmiling and seemed to be just going through the motions. "Bayshore Hotel in Dalian was nice and comfortable. However, the strange circular shower in the middle of the room had a leak that left the bathroom floor soaking wet. I requested some additional towels to our room since we used ours to put on the floor to mop up the volume of water that leaked but the staff just gave use 4 hand towels. That was disappointing. Nice location and close to Xinghai square, which is a great park on the waterfront."
