"En arrivant a la villa , le responsable qui nous a accueilli me reclame un complément de 1200e, donc 400e par nuit, pour avoir acces a l'hébergement total !!!! D'après lui la dépendance ne faisait pas partie de ma réservation !!!! Tres surprise et en colere , je me tue et j'insiste a lui expliquer que je recherchais une villa pour 8 couples et que le detail de ma réservation, precise bien cela !!!! 8 salles de bain , 8 chambres, donc toute la villa qui compte 5 chambres et la dépendance qui...

"To the owner of this apartment: please consider hiring a different care taker! We arrived in Parbo after a long bus journey and was looking forward to a good stay. First impression was excellent - nice quiet street with amazing tall trees hundreds years old, the building looked modern. However we were not able to raise the attention of the staff, there was a note on the door saying we should call a number - but how do we do that if we don;t have cell or wifi connections in a new country...

"While there were some positive aspects, there were also several issues that impacted my overall experience. The room we selected was advertised as a two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation; however, it only had one bathroom, which was disappointing and misleading. Housekeeping was another challenge—cleaning was consistently scheduled between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, which coincided with the time we were getting ready for the day. If we were in the room during that time, the staff did not return later, resulting in missed cleanings. Additionally, on the second day of our stay, we unfortunately found a cockroach in the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The bathroom itself also needs improvement: the toilet was not functioning properly most of the time, and the shower space was quite small and uncomfortable. On a positive note, the staff were consistently helpful and kind, which we appreciated. Overall, while the service from staff was commendable, the inaccuracies in the room listing, housekeeping schedule, and maintenance issues need to be addressed to improve the guest experience."

"This property was a good value and very safe feeling, but lacks in other areas. The facility is old, or so it seems. Updating is needed. The hallways smell of curry or other flavors. Stairs and Emergency exits are NOT marked or easy to find. In a fire this would be very bad. There are no Exit signs near stairways, or anywhere as I never saw any stairs in 3 days. And the hallways are very long around many twists and turns which would be impossible to escape in the dark.A list of international TV channels is on the table in my room, but the maintenance men told me they do not have that, only a few local channels, so virtually no English. TV is old, not a modern smart TV so you can't connect to any apps either. I requested the advertised shuttle to airport (45 km away) but was never contacted and had to make other arrangements. The shuttle service contacted me later to ask why I missed my shuttle. No one told me it had been arranged. This was the fault of the hotel reception. The beautiful rooftop pool looks great, but itsn't really for swimming as over 3/4 of pool is only 20cm,10 inches deep. One corner is about 1.3 meters, 4 feet, deep. The free Breakfast is wonderful and with many options. I really liked breakfast. "
