「This hotel is fairly new, but it’s clear that they are not keeping up with maintaining it. The bathroom and the shower were dirty. Little hairs all over the shower. Room service, if you can call it that was a joke. They changed out towels and that’s all. No bed making, no shower or bathroom cleaning, no apparent vacuuming. Walls in the common areas and elevator are dirty. 3 flat pillows on a king size bed. Just overall very disappointing with how new this hotel is. Probably won’t be staying here...

「3名で3室予約したが、2名は氏名と部屋を間違えて(入れ替わって)キーを渡された。1名には部屋にいた夜10:30に、ルームキーで見知らぬ男が入ってきた。男はびっくりして出ていった。フロントの致命的なミス。それを除けばまずまずのホテル。5月にもこのホテルに宿泊したが、そんなことはなかった。」

「Amenities other than the pool were none working. Had to keep asking office to fix amenities. Rooms needed better cleaning. Breakfast was very limited offering. Would not stay here again.」

「House was clean and as described! Perfect host!」

「I actually checked in early and yes it quick. Host was there practically before I could shut the door to make sure the unit was ready. A couple of minor things were not there like a hair dryer and wash clothes but I made do. I'm not a stickler or fussy. 」

「The cabin was perfect for our stay. It’s fully equipped in every way. It’s very clean and has all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「We arrived late, at midnight. The code was not working and we called the number. The person on the other line was patient and extremely helpful. They helped us with the code and process with absolutely no irritation at all. We had a restful sleep and were out early in the morning. The property was clean, amenities were great and absolutely would stay again. Amazing customer service and great rental. Thank you!」
