"The resort is gorgeous, staff works hard to maintain the landscaping. We had a nice stay with a few improvement suggestions: the beach definitely needs more loungers as people just put their towels on them and then leave for hours; snack menu needs more options, unacceptable to only have 3 options and more nonalcoholic drinks need to be included, as the options were minimal; staff definitely needs training in customer service, as the people at the reception had an attitude like you were...

"We had a great experience at the Phaea Blue hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in virtually new condition. Food was excellent and the private beach, though pebbles (not sand) is very convenient. Wouldn't hesitate to return."
