「They forgot for housekeeping. When I check out, I asked to keep my luggage, but they did not store, they just left at reception desk where i put as it is. No one took care, and I was lucky it was not stolen. Terrible and unbelievable.」

「This hotel was very excellent overall. I truly loved the pool and all the extras that come with it. The gym is honestly superior to all I've seen. The beds were very very comfy. The breakfast, dinner, Pub & Grill were also very tastefull and well worth the price. There is also plentyyy of parking space available. You also have a zoo which is very close by which is great for a lovely day out. 10/10!」

「I have used this hotel over a number of years- with always good service. Sadly it’s closing to be taken over by the Government to house asylum seekers. This is a big loss for Leyland because the hotel was well used by local people for events .」

「コロナのため、プールが30分で入れ替え制で、予約いっぱいで利用出来なかった。朝食はコロナ対策もされており、とても美味しかった。シャワーが安定せずお湯がずっと出ない。ベットの寝心地は良かった。」
