「Initially, no communication about how to access property until a 2 hour phone call with VRBO to obtain door code. Upon arrival, back door did not lock. I reached out and received an immediate response that maintenance would be called. Owner did send someone out a couple days later, but it could not be fixed during our stay. We got a 2x4 and cut it down to place in door track to secure the property during our stay. Thank goodness we had a relative close with a table saw, so we could feel safe...
