「the staff was amazing i forgot my gold necklace and earrings and the gentleman at the front desk looked for them personally and set them aside for me. only issue i had was that the sheets and mattress topper was dirty. it looked like a fresh stain of some kind of oil. but with no fuss they set me up in a different room. 」
