A local has told us that the Indian company that owns the hotel has not paid the local staff wages and they have been forced to leave. The hotel is filthy, there is literally no staff anywhere to be seen. 」

「We really enjoyed our time at PodBay, we used the pool lots and the sun loungers. It is right on the beach so if you want a swim in the waves you can just walk out to them or stay by the pool. The accommodation borders a long, beautiful beach that leads you to the Surf paradise. Lovely outdoor shower in our cabana. Worked well with the fan mosquito net. Such a glorious setting with a great little pool surrounded by so many tall palm trees all fenced off from the deserted beach at the edge of the property.
