「When we went to our room, we were very startled to see a male standing in the dark by the door. He said he worked there & was checking to make sure the room had been cleaned properly. Room was clean. Pillows were hard as a rock. Could not adjust the temperature on the a/c. Very thin sheets. No repeat customer here.」
