"It was amazing !! The room was big and clean. We have warm water and there was also a fridge and a water cooker inside. We have a balcony and the view with the Mekong was fantastic.
The staff was also very very friendly. We feel very well !
We enjoy our stay so much and we can recommend this fantastic hotel to everyone !!"

The staff were polite and friendly.
The spa/massage facilities offered a very reasonable & enjoyable treat.
Evening meals are possible within the hotel at reasonable prices.

"This was old and run down. We saw nicer hotels that we wished we had stayed in. No Internet . No breakfast. No separation of toilet, sink and shower."

"awful, the hotel is part of a now deserted resort. No English speaking staff (which was advertised), none of the facilities work, there's nothing to do and the restaurant shuts at 6pm, everything is broken and run down. We were the only people there in the entire resort. Give it a miss unless you like to stay in a Ghost town ruin."

Restaurant far far away from bungalows.
Out 6 meals only one available.
NEVER EVER BOOK THIS PLACE OR THE OTHER ONE AT THE " LAKE ".
