「Staff were faultless, WiFi in hotel does not work, given dongle which was just OK. TV had no English movie or sports channels, breakfast was fine. Overall nowhere near 4 star standard and definitely would not stay here again. Better amenities in house boats for alot less money.」

「Our family of three stayed overnight in Jammu on the way back from Vaishnodevi. Location was perfect and room was of a comfortable size. However, plumbing work in the bathroom was unfinished.
