「We did breakfast near the deadline. Hot Food was cold which was understandable. Staff was extremely friendly and parking was great. Our favorite place to stay in Scottsboro. 」

「Room was Really Good, Staff was Great, Property was Clean and Felt Safe, a realitvely Good Breakfast was Served, Sheets/Towels all felt Good and Clean. My CONS have little to do with Hotel or Staff though they could space out rooms so neighbors blaring TV does not wake you and keep you awake. Also as I finally started falling back asleep, dumpster truck came at like 4AM. Again nothing against Hotel. 」

「We had a great time at Cloud 9. The host checked in via email to make sure everything was going smoothly. The view was stunning and the property was well-kept. I would definitely come back. Next time, I’ll strive to get a different layout- just because my husband and I don’t do well with a lot of stairs. I didn’t realize the bottom level was not part of the cabin and we had to climb two flights of stairs- one to the rental entrance and another flight to the master bedroom. That’s where the...

「The cabin was super clean and cozy. My dog enjoyed watching the birds on the balcony. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Very close to good restaurants and hiking trails. 」

「It seems that they have done a lot of work to upgrade their place but they need to take care of more things. The cleaning agents were so strong I need to air out the place for hours before I could stay there and when that wire off it smelled like a litter box. There are no places to hang towels or put your soap and shampoo in the shower.The approach to the driveway is like a going over a curb.My grandkids had a great time playing pool.」
