「The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. We did notice that on our more casual days we received slightly different treatment from the staff in the dining room at breakfast, however the breakfast choices are incredible, the spa was exceptional, the staff I encountered and made requests or queries to were more than happy to help. 「Pulaの市街地からバスで15分程度の場所にあるリゾートホテル。 最寄りのバス停から更に徒歩で5～10分程度かかる。 Pulaを拠点に各街に日帰りで行くには少しアクセス悪いかも。 ただ、Pulaでのんびりリゾート気分を味わうには最高のホテルと思う。 レストランの料理も美味。」

「I was incredibly disappointed with my stay here and feel very misled by the information on Expedia. This is advertised as a resort-style hotel off the beaten path. And it kind of is, but nothing is open. I spent five nights and the Burger bar was never open, the coffee shop was never open. All these shops along the main walkway were closed. The restaurant opened at mysterious times. The information on Expedia says there's a buffet style restaurant. There isn't. It says the pool restaurant Oliva...
