「Enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were nice. Bed very comfy, bathrooms not great, but very clean. Had some issues with communications at the onset but they got better with our stay. Location is very nice for families or people wanting a lake experience. We wanted to go downtown and that was a jaunt.」

「In town for our son's wedding. Not being from Minnesota, we had no idea of town names. Manor on the River was an absolute perfect for our stay. Champlin was close to all events and there are stores close by for any items not packed. The house itself is simply stunning. We had 14 people, including 2 little ones, and everyone had plenty if room. The park across the street was an added bonus. 「What a find! We pulled up to the property and immediately were so excited about our choice for this vacation with family! So much room inside and out, beautiful spot on the lake. We especially enjoyed the sandy private beach for the kiddos, kayaks and paddleboats! Fishing off the pier was great, and with a big yard to play outdoor games and relax. Very highly recommend for a fun getaway! Thank you Tee for hosting us! 」

「This is a great place to stay, especially if you have a smaller group. Our group of three adults had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It might be a little close with sex, but you could manage it. Great location in a great little town with plenty to see and do.」

「This was such a cute little cabin. Please know that the pirmary bedroom is just a bed in a room without much room for anything else. This was more than fine for me. The view of the lake and sitting out of the dock was wonderful, beautiful, and relaxing. 」

「An absolutely delightful place, minutes from any place you want to be in the Elk River region. Tucked in the trees along the water. Cozy, warm, comfortable, amenities and decorations are spot on. You won’t want to leave. We will definitely be headed back. We can’t say it enough nice things about the place and the hosts. You can tell how much they love the space just by being there. I’m delighted they are sharing that with us through VRBO.」

「The check-in process was easy. The house was decent. There are not photos of all the bedrooms and bathrooms online, and I now wish I would have asked for that because the basement was less than desirable with bunk beds and a shower designed for a child (small). We had to use a hotel in addition to the home. I wouldn't call it great, but its not bad either.」
