「Please read the listing carefully and look at the pictures. It is a 4 apt complex 2 up/ 2 down. This is a down apt. The walls are very thin. If you, kids, dog, or aunt Bertha are disturbed by noise, then this is not the place for you. Example: our last night a couple rented the apt above us. They arrived at 930pm and we could hear them going up and down stairs, moving kitchen chairs, walking above us till 1 am. They were not being overly loud or obnoxious, it is just how thin the ceiling in...

「the house was very neat and clean, all the amenities were there and the location was convenient to all the local attractions.」

「Buyer beware. Host assured 100% refund of 1 night of stay well prior to arrival but after several asks, gave only partial. Finally did refund only to remove it immediately and then stop communicating. At booking, the listing set up automatic late check out charge of 25. Unclear directions on how to enter the property. Repeatedly gave 2 different check out times throughout stay. Just frustrating. . . 」

「Convenient location. Our 3rd time staying there and we will be back.」

「It was a great place to stay for my family of 4. It was small but cozy and it was way better than staying a motel room. Everything was super clean.」

「Such a gem to have near the trail! In a walk around the block my father and I made a new friend, a fawn under a tree near thr sidewalk. A doe leaving her fawn near the sidewalk to go forage is a HUGE indicator of how peaceful and quiet this neighborhood is.」

「Property was excellent! Jake and staff were so responsive and accommodating to all our needs and questions. We will definitely stay at this property again or at another of their listings. 」

「Attention to detail and amenities were above and beyond. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower, extra plug in fans in each bedroom, welcome gift, basket filled with water/food bowl doggie bags and things for your dog friendly stay. The stocked utensils/appliances/kitchen essentials were the best I've seen in a rental. Full knife block set, tea kettle with a range of teas, multitude of seasonings, toaster, oven with full range stove top, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee and...

「I came to Ironwood to Nordic ski. The rental is about a 5 min drive to the Wolverine Summit parking lot and about 18 min from ABR. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Jake was very prompt and friendly helping 」

「Lovely house! There are great amenities and it's a wonderful place for families with a high chair and pack and play.」
