「Buenas tardes, siempre fueron opcion para hospedarse pero la verdad muy descuidadas las habitaciones, encontramos un condon en la alfombra, la alfombra sucia, pelos en el baño y no funcionaba bien el tasa del baño tiraba agua. De vdd creo que requieren mantenimiento y cuidado」

「We arrived about midnight. Over night staff Sandra, was very kind. Unfortunately I give a low rating because the room was showing very little cleanliness( tub, floors, gross markings on walls). The room curtains also had stains and holes.」

「The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not...

「Just needed a room for 1 night so decided to risk the situation here, Regretted it from the moment I walked in. I paid extra for the king suite, I understand it's not a high end luxory hotel but gosh damn. I walked in and the room smelled strongly of chemicals. The ac was barely blowing, I removed the ac filters and they were filthy and almost plugged up. The pillows on the bed were tiny little square cubes that were extremely uncomfortable and odd. The bathroom floor is literally rotting out...

「Everyone was so kind. One morning as we were packing to leave, one of the cleaning ladies was talking so loud to another co-worker about another girl. “Esa perra qué se cre. Esa perra” and so on. The conversation was loud and very inappropriate. Our bartender, Francisco was so knowledgeable of about the bottles he was serving. Immediately brought our food out and checked on us. The hotel was a wonderful experience. The restaurant were all very good! And our valet recommend us La Cometa and wow!...

「Muy buen clima en la habitación」

「Very over priced hotel. Was very beautiful hotel and nice rooms but when we checked in they told us free breakfast in the morning ok so in the morning we go have breakfast. As we were leaving even our server said breakfast was free. But when we go to check out the front desk tells us its not free and its 67 bucks for a very nasty cheap breakfast coffee was trash just the whole breakfast wasn't worth 67 bucks. Again very beautiful hotel but bad communication between employees and not worth...
