「部屋は広々していて快適でした。ただ、隣の部屋の声は筒抜けです。 朝食はメニュー豊富で良かったです。 エレベーターのボタンが抜けてない階があったのが気になりました。 スタッフの は皆さん親切で優しかったです。」

「The scenery here is very beautiful, the room is very clean, it is a place I think should be experienced, all the peaceful feelings are here. It is also very convenient, there is a cafe, restaurant, bbq and swimming pool. I will introduce it to my friends. I know they will love this place.」

「The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location close to town centre and river. Reception kindly helped me book a cheaper transfer to Hanoi than I was able to find online. Rooms were turned down each day with fresh water provided.」

「とても清潔で気持ちがよいホテル。テレビ、エアコン、ドライヤー、電話機、洗面台など日本ブランドでした。フロントは簡単な英語OK。観光などあまり詳しくはないかもですが聞けば教えてもらえます。バスターミナルから徒歩5分ぐらい。バンゾック滝に行くミニバスは宿の前を通るそうです。」

「I don t understand any Vietnamese. It was very cold on the street and in the room. I saw guests getroffen breakfast. That was not my case, although i always ask for it when booking.」

「Amazing easy and quick check in process. The entire hotel is spotless and immaculate. The owners are so friendly and always helpful with any need you may have. I saw another room on the 2nd day had a balcony and asked if l could move into that room and it was an instant yes. And then because l liked the hotel so much l extended my stay and then moved to another room which again was no problem at all. The finishing in the entire hotel are very new. Hot water on demand and great water pressure. A...

「Even though the booking was confirmed and paid for, there was no room available on arrival. They said this was because they forgot to update availability on the website. These mistakes can happen ofcourse, but even though it was their fault, it took a lot of time and convincing before I got my money back. The alternative hotels they suggested where not suitable at all」
