"The house was a bit small for a group of 7. I can't imagine 9 people. The WiFi password would not work and it seemed the LAN cable for connecting to the internet was missing. We had to use our mobile data the whole stay. Other than that, it was fine and did the trick to house our group for 2 nights."

"Les Alouettes was as described. A great chalet for two families of four with extra 2 beds on a mezzanine. It was a shortish walk to a button/T-bar lift/bus to gondola - we used hire car to go to car park nearer lifts as too far for children in ski-boots. Not many food shopping outlets so worth getting a shop delivered (very efficient Coop service). The chalet was really comfortable with very good facilities for cooking (we didn't eat out at all). Lying in the hot tub looking up at the stars and distant mountains was a real treat. The snow was good for 4 days with heavy snowfall on 5th and powder skiing on final day/. The resort is very family friendly. The ski school was good and we had a great time."

"Great Bear is a lovely chalet with breathtaking views in a unique environment. I cannot think of a better summer escape, given the stunning surroundings of the Val Hérens, the local cuisine, produce, meat products, and delicious wines. The chalet fits the rustic character of the tiny village perfectly, while affording the necessary comforts for an Alpine stay. Absolutely LOVED IT!!!"
