"This property was designed and built for Czech citizens. It is not a place for foreigners who are used to updated and elegant services. They have a buffet dinner server for 3 hours with limited options. Really everything here is designed for Czech Nationals and they seam to enjoy this place but it is not up to standards for your personal westerner. The place is designed in the soviet erra so it looks like a prison. But the views and area is absolutly outstanding"

""Dependances" means the "old independent almost abandoned building", far from the main one where the reception and almost good rooms are. A kind of nightmare. The kind of place you feel like leaving at once, and you are waiting for the time of the departure. I succeeded to move to a room in the main building, and it was better. A little bit better. Everything is old, communist era fashion, and worse, all carpets are dirty, not by the fault of the cleaning ladies who make all they can, but...

"The booking I've made through Expedia was not honored. We were told the very day at the front desk that there was no room available and that was due to Expedia system failure. We were expelled and had to find another hotel in a neighboring town 30 minutes away by car, as all other hotels around were full. Contacted immediately Expedia, but Expedia chat said that the booking cannot be cancelled as the "stay has already been engaged" and that the refund shall be dealt with the property. The...
