"Great place to stay! The only issue was that a previous occupant of the kitchenette apartment had fried sardines or other fish and the smell was absorbed by the curtains. We would laugh and say how much it wreaked in that room. But we still liked it. "

"This was a wonderful discovery! Beautiful tranquil setting with a charming host. The property is accessible via a quaint forest road. Having meals on our veranda overlooking the lake was a wonderful break. Dinner was perfect (4-course), and breakfast fresh and included lovely pastries and or course a gorgeous Frech croissant, the perfect start to a day in the charming French countryside."

"The hospitality and kindness of Phillipe and his wife were wonderful. Cold and rainy day was warmed up by their arranging dinner at a local restaurant (excellent) and then driving me to it! Unique cabin by their swimming pool was charming. Please note bathroom and kitchen were in an adjacent house - I would stay again! Thanks for everything. Especially the early morning drive to the train station. Merci."
