"We (2 adults and 4 kids) stayed here over Christmas and new year 2024.The chalet is beautiful, tastefully decorated, clean and very cosy. The pool was a huge hit with everyone - especially after a day skiing.The concierge service was great, super helpful and very accommodating, down to the last detail. We really appreciated the support in making my daughter’s 6th birthday something very special.From a skiing perspective the chalet is located near to Orelle, with a gondola that takes you to the 3 valley’s ski area. We had 2 days where it was too windy to get onto the mountain, which was a shame, however lots of snow meant sledging and making a snowman, so not a huge issue!We’d love to come back one day - fantastic and very special Christmas tripThank you"

"We stay here for two nights as part of our 2 week EU trip! Absolute best location for us!withe the ski lift, the rental place was right beside hotel along with a great spot to eat, made everything super easy! (make reservations) the staff was accommodating, had great recommendations, was able to get all 5 of us into the spa for massages, and we all enjoyed the pool/sauna/ relaxation areas after being on the MTN. We had two suites and absolutely can’t wait to plan a longer ski trip here! We paid the extra to park in garage, 18 euros and it was nice to have a ready to go car from the ice/snow! Thanks for making our trip great! "
