「Great property for our 2 night stay. Hobbiton around 20 minutes away by car. Plenty of restaurants in nearby Matamata. We particularly liked The Osteria recommended by Kylie our host. The property is spotlessly clean. Kylie provided us with a continental breakfast with freshly baked bread and homemade yoghurt. Kylie was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend 」

「We arrived at this cute home after 24 hours of travel. We were so exhausted and were going to go out to dinner but had zero energy. We realized the owner had left us some staple groceries including a loaf of bread, and jelly. I had packed a tub of peanut butter and some chips in my luggage so we had the best PBJs and relaxed! Bonus there was even a bottle of wine in the fridge :) The view around the back was spectacular.」

「The property is pretty. The description details which have now been changed were misinforming. The ad said there was a bathroom. There isn't unless you go outside or into the main house. The hosts failed to mention that there are no electrical outlets. Nothing in the treehouse to charge phones, tablets or medical equip. They were very clear on "No Refunds." 「Booked for 2 nights but due to incoming cyclone, we departed after day one. Location I’d great with the beach 30 mts away and town about the same the other way. We were disappointed with the 2 toilets which are located on ground floor and first floor, both in under stair cupboards. The first floor toilet opens into the lounge. The master bed is located floor 3. Road noise was terrible all night until 4.30am when it finally quietened down. TV was near impossible to work only getting ch 1 and...
