「Beds were too high for 5’1” person, found out later they could lower them, pool was cold, as least the hot tub was working, pizza place is only open on certain days」

「Liked its closeness to downtown Corydon, Indiana and restaurants and shopping close by. Front desk host Rayleigh was excellent and personable. Breakfasts were good and filling, however challenging for those of us on Weight Watcher. 24 hour a day coffee was appreciated. The only minor hiccup was our toilet would run until the lid of the tank was removed and handle adjusted. Also, the hot tub was luke warm at best.」

「Everything I touched in the room was sticky. Carpet was sticky/seemed dirty. The room smelled of too much humidity/moldy. The room needs a thorough cleaning. The bedding and towels were clean, and is what kept me there for 1 night. After driving all day, in and out of storms, I was way too tired to go elsewhere. Breakfast was ok and so was the staff when I asked for shampoo.」

「The cabin was very clean inside. We would like to suggest sweeping or blowing the porches. TV reception may be improved with a signal booster.」

「Lovely home on wooded lot. Large screened in porch has a beautiful view of the lake. Every necessity for a several night stay was provided. Perfect resting spot for our family who was in town for a wedding!」

「This was the perfect place to get away, relax on the porch overlooking a special spot in the creek, and play in the water. We watched movies on VHS, listened to cds, and cooked our meals. We had everything we needed, felt safe and welcomed, and left recharged. Definitely returning!」

「Very nice stay. We were there during a heat wave but stayed cool inside the cabin. Very quiet and remote. Would like to return when it's cooler to take advantage of outdoor activities!」

「A cute house with everything that we needed for our girls weekend! The host checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was walking distance to the town. We all had a great time!」

「The house is super cozy and they really were thoughtful on the amenities. The fenced backyard and fire pit were great as well. The old time store across the street was great and we enjoyed all of the old cars that stopped for gas. It was about 35 minutes into Louisville, where we needed to be each day and was an easy drive. We enjoyed staying out of the city but not so far we couldn't drive it each day. The owners recommended Agave and Rye for a dinner and it was excellent and not to far away....

「Cardinal house was clean, peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of wood for the woodburning fireplace and there were only 4 old ladies but we enjoyed sitting in our rocking chairs, sipping coffee and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. This would be a great place for families to enjoy a family "campout" without having to worry with tents and dragging the camping gear.. the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cooking pots and pans. It is a good ways from town so bring everything with you....

「We loved the country setting and the sounds of nature! Very nice home with all the amenities you need. Furniture was fresh and in great and comfortable condition parking and access was as easy as could be and the location was close to everything you need! Would love to stay there again!」
