「Staff are rude. Breakfast is alright but not a lot of options. Room is always humid and the bathroom smells like moldy.」

「The air conditioner did work at a minimum. There's no water in the pool I doubt there's any water in there for years. This place was obviously used by people that live there by the week. I wouldn't send anybody there」

「Lightbulbs were out in the room and the batteries didn’t work in the remote. The run had an odor.」

「Very nice tiny house beautifully decorated. Just know that sleeping area is loft with step ladder access. John was very accommodating and helpful - made coffee every morning」

「This was our fourth visit to the hobbit house and every time it is awesome. from the hosts to the cabins/cottages to the property everything is a 10. We’ll be back again at some point. Also, great for our puppy a lot of hiking a lot of exploring can’t say enough good things.」

「Tom was super great to communicate with in the location of this duplex is super cool. So much to see in the area with a short drive or walking around the asylum property. A beautiful field filled with pecan trees around the properties as well. The unit was updated, but still a little bit more needs to be done. Still a great experience overall though. 」

The Heater didn’t work very well no matter what setting think it needs to be checked out before someone gets there and the heater isn’t working properly which it is now. Other than that a very nice place Loved the big walk in shower and spacious living area and the wrap around porch.The carpet in the bedrooms was very rough on the feet,」
