「Anastasia and the staff were so hospitable during my stsy. Upon arrival after a long travel journey I was warmly greeted and offered champagne. Since this was my birthday trip, I gladly accepted. 「Very nice, authentic hotel with beautiful garden and surroundings and beautiful beach. Bathroom condition was poor, there was no shower tray, just the blocked water drain that caused flooding of the bathroom floor. Room balcony was large and really nice and beds very comfortable apart from pillows that were too firm. Room and the bedding was clean. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful but food in the main restaurant wasn't edible so we had to eat sandwiches at the beech/pool bar because...

「Beautiful new rooms and great beach location. The payment for the chairs is too much given the cost already paid to the resort. In a beach club you can use that $15-40 euro towards food/drink consumption. Here you pay just to sit. We only sat once and then went to Lago beach club. The staff at the bar near the beach were great.」
