"Nice and friendly welcome and on arrival impressed with the bedroom however on checking bedding a dried blood stain on the fitted sheet which was clear to see and in clear view (must have been seen when making the bed up) and also a dirty stained pillowcase was evident. Reception informed and immediately resolved the issue. They also offered a free drink as an apology. "The room was lovely and the staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful, which made for a warm welcome. However, the breakfast was below average and the overall experience didn’t feel like good value for money. Additionally, the bar prices were quite steep, which was a bit disappointing"
