「I stayed at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Guntur, for nine nights, and unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards expected from a five-star property. The hotel and rooms were not maintained properly. The cot, bedsheets and other linen had visible stains. I changed rooms twice, but the same issue continued.
