「Had a leaking shower that ran out the bathroom door to the living area - staff was nice enough but nothing done to move us to another room Our mattress was worn to have slope where you sleep. Starting the process with Expedia to get a refund - I never ask for refunds but I will this time -」

「My AC was not working so my room was warm but the staff worked on it ASAP and attempted to help me with a giant fan as all the other rooms were full. I understand. It is hard to do much more than that in those conditions. They did the best they could in that situation.」

「Clean room at good rate」

「The room was small for a king bedroom to me.」

「Very friendly staff and room was nice. They have the best ice machines with that super fine ice.」

「Dont go here」

「Next to the Waffle House」

「The clerks were wonderful, rooms are clean. The bed is great, I did not get up with my back hurting not one time. It’s really quiet add I felt safe the whole time I was there. Close to fast food places. Easy to get into the hotel and out it sits right next to a red light.」

「The owners are lovely people, and this spot is a slice of heaven. We were there for the Eclipse but anytime is a great place to stay at this locale. A very short drive to Hot Springs and close to grocery store. I hope to visit again in the future.」

「This house was very nice for my short little stay! The house smelt good and everything was super clean. The host was very kind in all text conversations and was super detailed with instructions on how to get to key and breakdown of the check in/out processes. Definitely recommend staying here!」

「Cute house. Clean and well equipped. Close to downtown. Will stay again.」

「Excellent place that exceeded all our expectations. If I happen to be coming to the area again for an extended stay I would book again in a heartbeat.」

「We appreciated this sunny, charming cottage, its thoughtful touches, and the gracious host. With several local boutiques and eateries nearby, this is a great place to relax and support local businesses.」

「Peaceful cozy place on a beautiful pond. Clean comfortable accommodations.」

「Property itself was great and matched the pictures! Cleanliness and amenities were outstanding. However the check in process was rough due to miscommunication. After we cleared up the miscommunication our stay was wonderful!」
