「Whole building were under renovation. I did not find any information about it through the web. Even when I made a reservation, no information came to me. The temporary lobby was just next to the car parking and the way to the room was horrible, full of dust. The sounds were big and it was filled with even lot of uncomfortable smell. 「北ゴアでは数少ない5つ星のリゾートホテルですが、ビーチまでは離れていてタクシーもしくはバイクタクシーの利用が必要。部屋は広いがチェックインの際に清掃が終わっておらず、前泊者の飲み残しのコーラの缶などが置いたままだった。外国人旅行者というより、インドの中間層が家族連れで利用するホテルという感じ。なお、クリスマスや年末年始はガラディナー（1人5000ルピー）への参加が強制なので要確認。」
