「Very family friendly」

「When booking, the hotel needs to do better on which rooms are which. We thought we booked a suite for our family but when we got there we realized they had given us just a room with double beds and no kitchenette」

「It was clean but had some property maintenance issues. Elevator was broken. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we tried to call front desk and found our room phone wasn’t working. It was great having our dog with us- we enjoyed being able to walk the property together and right out the door to the dock and to the beach. Was not pleased that we paid more for an ocean view but our view was shrubs. Not sure if room we got was because of having our dog. Online pictures did not match...

「We had such a great time! The staff was kind and helpful- our kids kept locking the room key in the room by accident and the staff was so nice. We also brought bikes and when we needed an extra air pump, the manager, Rob, let us borrow his own personal bike pump. They were incredible. We would definitely stay here again- it is perfect for families- especially those of who have younger kids.」

「I have never stayed at a hotel with kinder staff. The people who work here are amazing. Can’t say enough good things about the restaurant or amenities and beach. Definitely take a bike out and ride around if you can. My only complaint is the rooms are hit and miss—seems they renovated the room itself but not the bathrooms, and you can tell from peeling wallpaper, rusted faucets, etc. If you don’t mind some imperfections and are seeking convenience, a comfy bed and great staff, you’ll have a...

「Fantastic location and check in was super easy. I was disappointed in the view from my room on the 3rd floor. I was under the impression I would have an ocean view room. But, regardless it was fantastic and will stay here again!」
