「We stayed 1 night. They charged us $150 for a futon that had already been broken previously. We called to discuss it with the front desk and the lady was super rude. Sprinklers were running over night and water spotted our car terribly. There was no explanation on how to check in or where to check in. Very confusing.」

「Very clean and comfortable room. The check in process occurs at the main store which I didn't completely understand until I saw the sign on the door. Room had a great view of the lake. Everything in the room was excellent.」
