「Bed had pocking springs, rooms not well maintained, amenities insufficiently covered.」

「We only slept one night. When we checked in we could see someone was in the room and they did not clean the room. We had takeaway bags around trash can with trash and bed not made」

Als besonders geschmackvoll und sich noch einmal von anderen Unterkünften abhebend, ist die absolut leckere Vorbereitung eines Abendessens. Die angesichts der hohen Bewertungen geweckten Erwartungen wurden nicht enttäuscht.」

「Good and comfortable accommodation at very reasonable prices near restaurants and shops. Decent breakfast served by friendly and helpful host. Huge garden to wander in. Neat and comfortable rooms (some are really huge) with DSTV and WIFI. Cosy honesty bar on premises.Safe of street parking. Recommended if you do not insist on a five star lodge, this one is fully deserving of its 3.」

「We arrived, the owner refused to open saying Hotels.com never sent her the confirmation. when finally we proved we had paid, we were allowed in after over an hour of sitting outside and the gate was not working. The area was difficult to find and was not in a safe area. The rooms were not as in the pictures, the water was cold. the staff were very unfriendly and inhospitable. The venue was also undergoing renovations and was incredibly dusty and unsafe.」

「The host is a wonderful lady. She did share her concern that Expedia is not playing their part dealing with her and she has trouble getting paid. Come on Expedia, this host deserves better!」
