「We loved staying at this house! It was the best stocked house we have ever rented! We love to cook and we planned to bring most of our supplies with us from home because rental houses usually have just the minimum. This kitchen was equipped with spices, pots, pans, and more than enough supplies for a comfortable stay. Our kids loved walking down to the water and using the kayaks and water mat. There is plenty of seating and the bedrooms were the perfect fit for our group. Edita is very quick...

「The property was great. Plenty of room/space. Loved the rustic feel it had. Back porch/patio was huge along with a big open yard. Also a very cool loft area especially for younger kids. Close to boat ramps as well as Toccoa and Lavonia. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「Such a beautiful and unique space. I would stay here again and again! There is no staff on site, so my only complaint is I was told I could ask questions via text 24/7. I had a pretty urgent question and I never got a reply. I was able to resolve my issue on my own, but was frustrated about that. But otherwise loved it. 」

「We had a great time at this house. Nice quite location, excellent dock in deep water for boating and fishing. Close to town but not a lot of traffic. 」

「We live about an hour away but this was a great mini getaway. We lived the screened in porch and fire pit by the river. There were games and rock painting for the kiddo. Perfect stay. 」

「We used this location for a staff off site 2 day meeting. The rooms were fantastic, the outdoor space amazing and the little living spaces for smaller meetings worked well. I think we will definitely use this house again. The property management people were very responsive. Beautiful house!」
