「The staff was helpful, the room was clean!」

「Our family of 5 needed a one-night stay to break up our road trip. It was a okay place to rest but the room itself could have been more updated. It was clean enough but I’ve stayed in better. The price point was wonderful so you get what you pay for. We did enjoy breakfast in the morning and staff was friendly.」

「The hotel was undergoing a remodel, but was as clean as could be expected. Patty at the front desk was super nice and very helpful. Our room was clean, there was an abundance of hot water and water pressure, and above all, even though the hotel is adjacent to the Interstate, it was quiet! The breakfast selection was pretty much Continental...scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, various breads for toasting, an assortment of cereals (Hot and Cold), fresh fruit and juices, coffee,...

「I was impressed with how well preserved the home was. I didn't notice if it was there but a little house history would have been fun to know. Like what year it was built.Our stay was lovely. This has been a difficult year for my family, a lot of heartbreak & heartache. This was a nice opportunity for my adult son, adult daughter and her 10 year old son, and my husband, their step father, to spend time together, for us to all have a change of senery and just enjoy being together.」

「Stayed here to visit our son at Miami University (35 min drive to campus). The setting is beautiful and the yellow farmhouse sits back from the road and from the other rental property, so we had total privacy. Thoughtful set up outside with patio and fire pit. Walk to the river was a bonus. I love to bird watch, and tallied 30 species on day one. Metamora is a cute town nearby. Recommend The Blue Umbrella for breakfast. Lots of hiking around Brookville Lake. House very comfortable and well laid...

「Everything was great. The home was clean, the location was perfect for what we needed, the only downside was that the hot water heater stopped working partway through our stay. They did send someone out to fix it, which temporarily did fix the problem, but then it stopped working again. The property manager was very helpful and considerate in trying to get everything fixed. 」

「The condo is perfect for our work in Batesville. There are two of us working as consultants and we can have collaboration space downstairs and our own sleeping spaces in the two bedroom unit. We will always use this rental for our time in Batesville.」
