After a great stay at a clean, beautifully landscaped property, we realized after arriving at our next destination that we had left our passports and money in the hotel room safe. "It looks nicer on the pictures, they are selling a dream. It was dirty in the hotel area, trash on the ground and some poo in the corridor to the room... In the bathroom some parts of the equipments are falling apart. Thankfully the receptionist was very nice and helpful. In the water park everything was closed except the snack. People didn't dare to go into the water as it was freezing cold. "

"Excellent, well-maintained property. For Sabbath observing Jews, the property is within 10/15 minute walking distance to the Chabab on Champs-Elysées, easy to get to/from meals. The staff is quite helpful about buzzing us into our rooms and keeping food in the Hotel fridges. The spa is an undiscovered gem, one the best in all of Paris. Book a massage or facial if you have the time and you won’t regret it. The only drawback to the entire experience is the state of the hot water in the shower. Sometimes the temperature will change unexpectedly and so we ended up needing to adjust the water a number of times during the shower. Most likely due to the design of the water piping that brings water to various collection points on the floor before being distributed to individual rooms."
