What do you mean by that reverse reverse and they were told so the customer was told that it would take us at least 60 days to do that if we could otherwise it would just send us a credit. Customer wasn’t satisfied with that response and then I guess apparently someone in the call center said you know what you have the option file PCO complaint not a good way to end that call just FYI so the customer came to me cause I’m their account rep and said what can you do to help us so I kind of started going down the path of asking you know David Turner, and my director well he’s our director now over here in Ohio. "We always stay over 1 night whenever we head down south. Older hotel but always clean. The free breakfast is much better than other hotels . Sausages, eggs, waffles, assortment of muffins, toasts, bagels,etc. Fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, all are replaced constantly., and are fresh! Kids love the pool. Pet friendly, but rooms never have any odors. Price is lower than many hotels in the area. Super easy to get on and off expressways! We'll continue to stop there!"
