「When I got to the room, there was no wifi connection for the roku. Showed excellent signal, but would not connect. Because it is a roku set, no signal could be made without wifi. The staff gave me instructions at the counter, but in hindsight, they knew the problem and knew I would not connect. I was there for a total of 20 minutes and they would not allow me to cancel.
