「Excellent séjour au Michlifen! Un accueil chaleureux! Un merci particulier à Zineb qui nous a accueilli le premier jour et à Ibrahim qui est très serviable et d’une grande gentillesse à la piscine. Le restaurant oriental de l’hôtel est super! 」

「This is a young property, only 2 years old! So everything is modern, and so is the service provided by the friendly staff. Meal times in the restaurant are posted at the Front Desk; and I was given the wifi password at check-in. Also, the Front Desk made any arrangements, as requested. The food is a mix of traditional Moroccan, French, and American. Moroccan tea, and coffee are included with every meal. A great place to relax and reset! 」

「Mal en la recepción, teniamos 3 habitaciones, 1 con cama doble y 2 con cama de matrimonio, y no las dan mal, tenemos que reclamar el cambio de 1 habitación. Una almohada con pelos de señora. El desayuno empezaba a las 7:30, bajamos a las 8:00 y el camarero llego a las 8:20, casi una hora tarde, una vergüenza 」

「I slept really well, as the hotel provided 2 different kinds of pillows to choose the most comfortable for your needs. Everything was clean and the hotel is located in quiet area.」

「Beautiful hotel in the very center of Azrou. As a solo traveler, expecting only a central location, a good bed and some rest is my priority. This hotel offers all of them. It of course needs some refurbishment, but the cleanliness of the sheets, spacy rooms were good. Definitely recommended if you have a short stop over in Azrou to explore around.」

「Le propriétaire a l’arrivé n’était pas là je l’ai appelé, il m’a répondu en effet mais m’a dit que sont habitation était inutilisable car inondé et qu’il annule de son côté pour me faire rembourser! A ce jour aucun nouvelle !!!! 」

「Grateful for the peace and quiet of the countryside town location. A cosy home, we made fires and were very comfortable with all the blankets and cushions and hospitable hosts taking care of us. Would definitely return.」

「If you would like to spend time in country side, see the monkeys and walk around National park you definitely have to come here. We didn't have a car but Jamal was very helpful. It's quite close to the Nathional park, about 15 min from Azrou when you can go by share taxi. Food was delicious. 」

「We had high expectations of our stay at the chateau. Unfortunately we were not allowed to check in. The reservation, which I had prepaid, was not honored. We were told by the reception people they don’t work with Expedia/hofels.com. And therefore cannot let us in. This has never happened to me before. Such a big property and they kick us if? I still can’t believe. I’m not struggling to get a refund. The property would not even send a simple message to the booking website. Or to me. Complete...
