「Quaint !! Great proximity to Carlsbad Caverns.」

「The area was quiet, the house was comfortable. The beds are ALL king size with a large TV in bedroom. Did find small things that housekeeping missed, floors were not swept nor mopped in living area. They had a portable AC in the main bedroom, the hose came out blew hot air. Contacted the hostess and she responded quick and took care of us. Other than that I think the house is priced good.」

「Great house and was perfect for our stay while we were visiting Carlsbad and hiking Guadalupe Peak. Clean, close to town for eating and in a quiet neighborhood.」

「Only two forks in the kitchen. Living room lamps didn’t work. Only window AC units. Beds were comfortable. Close to firework display」

「If you are looking for a place to sleep the beds are comfy. If you have a dust allergy this isnt the place for you. There is lots of dust throughout the home on baseboards and the tvs and such. There were all the appliances and if you have a baby they provide a pack n play. 」
