「Classic old mining town stay. The bar below is a staple in Rico and the accommodation transports you to those mining times, with wonderfully updated amenities. This is the second time we have stayed here, both times were easy, magical and comfortable. Cant wait to return! 」

「I loved this little suite! In the country, deer nearby, a nice deck, and everything I needed. I did not meet the host personally but we emailed several times and she was very available. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great. Would definitely stay here again.」

「The listing lists the bathroom as part of the space, but it is shared. It also does not share that while there is no air conditioning (which fine, that is common in the mountains) there is also no fan or operable windows in the room. My room was 80 degrees when I arrived at 1 AM and there was nothing to be done about it. The hallway is also on an occupancy sensor that turns the hallway lights on and off all night, which shine into the rooms through windows above the doors. 」

「This tiny house was situated on a cattle ranch. In the evenings we would hang out with the cows and enjoy the view of the nearby mountains. It was incredibly peaceful! Our dog loved the stay as well. The house had everything we needed. We used the grill one night which was a great option and we were close to Mesa Verde National Park.」
