「Great stay. Easy check in after-hours. Clean, efficient, and well-maintained」

「Great place to rest! Very comfy」

「Great place to stay! Service amenities clean! No tv is fine but WiFi is a necessity! That would have been nice to call home or stream internet!」

「The listing lists the bathroom as part of the space, but it is shared. It also does not share that while there is no air conditioning (which fine, that is common in the mountains) there is also no fan or operable windows in the room. My room was 80 degrees when I arrived at 1 AM and there was nothing to be done about it. The hallway is also on an occupancy sensor that turns the hallway lights on and off all night, which shine into the rooms through windows above the doors. 」

「Our stay was everything we could've wanted and more. It was private and quiet and sat right on the flowing river which was nice. The owners really thought of everything to make things perfect. We hope to visit again in the future.」

「Our family had a great week in this expansive cabin. The locations was beautiful and quiet, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the place was immaculate. Mark was a great host, communicative and genial. We would happily stay here again.」

「Beautiful, isolated property with gorgeous canyon views from the bench and picnic table by the edge of the canyon as well as the lovely outdoor deck! Very affordable, great host communication and contactless check-in and check-out! Be aware that there is no WiFi and low cell service.」

「Fantastic place to stay as a family and reconnect while relaxing. The inside is much larger than the pictures represent. I highly recommend this location as a place to get away, have fun, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. 」

「I spoke with the owner/property manager. We did not compl」

「Awesome lil house lots of life was lived here and it made me feel right at home. The dining area is large and help when we had the whole family there for the reunion. Amazing sun sets from the back deck watching the deer run thru the huge field behind the house. Great location super close to town as well as the high way made it super easy to go to Moab for fun and back to the local recreation pool in town kids absolutely love it. It has a great wrap around drive way that goes right up the the...

「The host and hostess were very personable and a pleasure to meet. The property was beautiful and it gave our dog a chance to run around and look at the horses and cows. For what we were doing, it was a convenient location and a roomy home.」

「Sleeping Ute Micro Suite was perfect for our visit at the Mesa Verde National Park. Accommodations included everything we needed. Views were spectacular- mountains and deer.」
